I believe the best memories in life happen over food. I take this seriously. If I can create sensory details that keep those memories alive in people’s hearts, I’ve done my job.
But if I can also nourish their bodies with local, premium ingredients and whole food nutrition, I have brought them an overall sense of well being and energized their night.
I’ve traveled to 14 countries and developed my menus from the international dishes that I most admire. In particular I love Mediterranean, Indian and French cuisine, but of course I could never live without American & Californian!
Because of this I offer a wide variety of main courses, from African curry to Butternut squash soup & French roasted chicken.
Walking through my own health journey was an education in navigating the food system to buy from sustainable farms and rediscover my body through health-driven cuisine. I bring the same culinary art and nutritional care to my clients to nourish their souls and bodies.
Chicken & eggs are pasture raised with no corn or soy. Beef is sourced from local 100% grass-fed farms. Vegetables are free from sprays & chemicals, freshly sourced from local farmers markets. For cooking oils I stick to avocado oil, butter and local, single-origin olive oil. The majority of cheeses are raw to preserve probiotics and ensure highest quality. All sauces, condiments and marinades are hand-made with olive oil.
I am committed to making your dinner eye-catching, flavorful and nutritious. You will eat like a king or queen! I also take care of the clean up to leave your kitchen spotless. I would love to hear from you!
